September 1 - The NBR announces that, as of August 31, 2026, foreign currency reserves at the National Bank of Romania stood at euro64,865 million, compared to euro63,230 million on July 31, 2026. The gold reserve level remained at 103.6 tonnes; given international price trends, its value stood at euro12,762 million.
